A personal project to redesign International Collection oils - a company that's one of the world’s leaders and innovators in the field of oils and food ingredients.

INTERNATIONAL COLLECTION OILS

The original packaging was busy and lacked contrast. Using three sides for labeling allowed more space for the text and design elements to breathe. To showcase its detail, the compass logo was enlarged as the main focal point.

The compass logo and world map motif were important to emphasize in this redesign, as the company exports to 25 countries worldwide. Inspired by their tagline ‘Oils of the World,’ a map was printed on the inside of the label which can be seen from the back. The illustrations were drawn in a crosshatch style to give it a vintage feel.
